My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. Although the rooms didn't offer the city view I was hoping for and lacked shuttle service, I found the overall experience to be cool. The rooms were spacious, clean, functional, and quiet, but they are starting to show their age which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel is conveniently located in Charlotte, NC, though the loud expressway traffic noise can be heard at night. The room was a bit worn, needing some updates and repairs, but overall, the service was exceptional and very friendly. The dining options offered a good variety, and the facilities were well-kept.
